Inspired by a Goan Xacuti curry, our Roasted Coconut curry paste makes a beautifully-creamy dish that's bursting with aromatic flavour and a medium heat. Each jar of paste serves four and comes with an easy-to-follow recipe for Chicken Curry. Feel free to ignore us though and add a main ingredient of your choice: it goes equally well with lamb, beef or seafood and makes a great roasted squash and chickpea curry too!
