Our Warm Ginger Rub has a new name and new look!! A slightly more unusual spice rub with ginger and a hint of star anise. Particularly good with pork. Ridiculously easy to use. Add a dash of oil and coat your meat or veg evenly with the spice blend, before cooking on the hob, in the oven or on the barbecue. Or add some to a sausage casserole or stew for a warm, gingery flavour. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans and gluten-free.
