This is the latest addition to our spice rub collection and we're hooked! With a lovely smoky heat, it's delicious on chicken or prawns and equally tasty mixed in with mayo or soured cream as a dip. The beauty of spice rubs though is that they have no rules so why not try it mixed into homemade burgers, or rubbed onto tofu chunks or homemade potato wedges? We don't think you'll be disappointed!
